SoHi, Kenai, Homer baseball all win

The host Soldotna baseball staff defeated Grace Christian 20-3 in 5 innings Saturday in Southcentral Conference motion on the Soldotna Little League fields. The Stars transfer to 6-1 within the league and 8-2 general.

Dylan Davidhizar received the win by pitching the primary three innings and giving up no hits and no runs whereas strolling three and putting out three.

Levi Mickelson gave up three runs on a success in an inning whereas strolling six and putting out one. Andrew Pieh pitched an ideal inning, recording a strikeout.

At the plate for SoHi, Jacob Belger was 3 for 4 with three runs, Mickelson was 3 for 4 with three runs, Gavin Jones had a pair of runs, Davidhizar had three RBIs, Nate Mowery had three runs, Hunter Harrison had two RBIs, Pieh was 2 for 3 with two runs and three RBIs, and Derrick Jones was 2 for two with two runs.

Kenai 4, Houston 0

The visiting Kardinals notched a Southcentral Conference shutout. The Kards moved to 5-3 and 6-6.

Charlie Chamberlain pitched the entire sport, permitting simply three hits. Johnny Brinner led the offense by going 3 for 4.

Homer 9, Palmer 7

The visiting Mariners received in Southcentral Conference play to maneuver to 1-5 within the league and 2-7 general.

Homer jumped to a 4-0 lead after the primary inning and would by no means path in an in depth sport, main 5-2 after 4, 6-5 after 5 and 9-7 after seven.
