Former Deputy Prime Minister John Anderson says the invasion of Ukraine is the “most massive wake-up” for the West on the subject of id politics and “wokeism”.
“What we’re missing in the name of identity politics is that we’re placing all of ourselves at risk,” he advised Sky News host Paul Murray.
“If Ukraine isn’t the most massive wake-up, I don’t know what is, it’s woken Germany up, with a left of centre government, and a green foreign minister.”
