Gwen marked the memorable milestone with a heartwarming Instagram post that featured some super adorable throwback photos.
Gwen Stefani Has So Much To Be Thankful For
The “Rich Girl” singer uploaded a series of photos from her celebration with her husband. The slideshow featured a lovely dining setup with chinas and floral table clothes.
Gwen also gave fans a glimpse at her and Blake’s Oklahoma home, showing off neon decorations of their initials and a cowboy and cowgirl. However, the highlight of the post was the lovely throwback pictures Gwen shared.
The pop singer blessed fans with cute childhood photos of her and Blake in cowboy outfits. She wrote in the accompanying caption:
sooooo much to be thankful for @blakeshelton #iloveu #firstmarriedthanksgiving gx #onelove #family #beliver
Fans gushed over the couple, with some emphasizing how the throwback pictures were a hint that Gwen and Blake were meant for each other. One fan wrote, “The matching kid photos…meant to be!” Another gushed, “Aww, the same pose for the kiddo cowboy pics 😍 That’s fate in my eyes 😁❤️”
A Sweet Engagement Anniversary
Last month, “The Voice” co-judges celebrated another milestone in their almost 6-year relationship. Gwen marked their 1st engagement anniversary, giving fans a glimpse into the special moment blake went down on his knees.
The 52-year-old shared a heart-melting video of her flashing her giant diamond rings moments after the country artist popped the big question. There was also a sweet photo of Gwen covering her face in surprise during the proposal.
After going public with their relationship in 2015, the lovebirds dated each other for five years before Blake eventually put a ring on that finger in October 2020. Although their wedding was delayed by the pandemic, it finally happened in July in a fairytale ceremony.
A New Song For The Best Wife
Earlier this month, Blake dedicated a new song to his beloved wife. As The Blast reported, the latest single titled “We Can Reach The Stars” was his wedding vows to Gwen on their special day.
The “God’s Country” singer opened up about the track in an Instagram post, sharing an idyllic photo from his wedding day with the No Doubt vocalist. Blake wrote in the caption:
Gwen and I decided we were going to write our own vows for the wedding, but I decided to surprise her by writing a song instead #WeCanReachTheStars. Midnight. Pre-order #BodyLanguage (Deluxe) now.
The track was highly appreciated by fans in the comments section, with “The Voice” host Darson Caly writing, “You didn’t decide to! I forced you to. Thank Jesus too, yielded the best wedding moment & a hit song.”
