Former NRL player turned WWE superstar Daniel Vidot has stunned the wrestling world with a sensational moment in the ring.
Vidot, who competes in the ring under the name Xyon Quinn, has burst into the WWE spotlight in recent months.
After joining the WWE back in 2018 on a development contract, Vidot this year has been rewarded for years of training with weekly appearances on WWE’s 205 Live and NXT shows.
He showed just how much his training has paid off when during a match against Ru Feng, Vidot appeared to botch a leapfrog, a pretty standard move, before turning the mistake into a different manoeuvre.
By accidentally catching the neck of Feng, Vidot’s athleticism and instincts came into action when he successfully and safely pulled off a slingblade.

After the moment trended across Reddit and Twitter, a fan urged the 31-year-old to look into making the move a future finisher going forward.
Quinn appeared to agree with the fan’s plea when he responded with an acknowledging GIF to the question.
