The former girlfriend of Curtis Scott has filed a complaint against the controversial league star with both the NSW Police and the NRL.
Tay Clark has been separated from Scott for more than two years but took action when Scott allegedly began stalking her in recent weeks.
A fine athlete in her own right, Clark told both police and the NRL Integrity Unit that Scott had been walking past her house in a quiet Miranda Street in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire several times a day.
The Integrity Unit is currently investigating the incident and its outcome could impact Scott’s chances of getting a proposed contract ratified by the NRL.
Police Media confirmed to Wide World of Sports that Clark had lodged a complaint with Miranda Police earlier this week.
“But we cannot say anything because of privacy reasons,” a police spokesperson said.
Scott has had a chequered career and was sacked by both Melbourne and Canberra after a series of off-field incidents.
He recently declared he is attending Alcoholics Anonymous and seeing a psychologist in a bid to conquer his demons.
Parramatta are prepared to offer him a lifeline but his fate now hinges on the findings of the Integrity Unit.
Clark ended her relationship with Scott in 2019.
